Dear Valued Customer,
Service Software would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ version 3.2.1. This new release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning warranty management system.
Significant changes/Improvements
- Color Coding of list/item review and repair
- Major improvements in scheduling (for moves, adds, deletes, etc)
- Job ID added to the job detail screen
- Job ID added to the Work Order
- Changing the review date or schedule date at the list detail or list – Quick Edit level, changes all associated items to the new scheduled for review or repair date.
Bug Fixes/Miscellaneous
- Vendor error on Item detail screen.
- Item reassignment for staff with scheduled events, creates new scheduled events
- Suspended now works when checked for item summary, list detail, hot sheet, hot sheet 2, list summary.
- Work Order by Trade/vendor does not cut off footer on first work order
- Mail Merge and Data Export fix with enhancements
- Reports: Logic fixed so the count is correct.

There were bugs reported that can be fixed by clearing your temporary internet files folder, and making sure that the client side changes have been applied to each system that will be using Punchlist Manager.NET™.
Upgrades will begin April 26th and will continue through May 4th. We would like to have all of our clients on the latest release by then.
These are only the beginning of the enhancements and changes that will be coming in the months ahead. We use your feedback to improve upon the application you have come to know and trust for your warranty needs.
