Service Software would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ and Inspection Manager.NET Version 4.9.0.0. This release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning applications.

New features and Improvements:

Added Features:
• New memorized reports - Users have the ability to setup a memorized report using the search parameters and formatting that include current month, current week, previous month, previous quarter, etc.

Improved Features:
• Enhanced the documents section to include the ability to search by file type and/or file title/description/file.
• Category/Cost Code Setup- Increased the size of the service requested and action taken drop-down description fields to 500 characters.

Bug Fixes:
• Tasks on dashboard are showing tasks past due, due today, and due tomorrow (remove due tomorrow).
• System Setup - adding new list types would overwrite existing list types, this has been resolved.

PLEASE NOTE: There were bugs reported that can be fixed by clearing your temporary internet files folder, and by applying the suggested client side changes to each workstation that will be using our .NET™ application.

You will also want to add your .NET™ site to the "Trusted Sites" Zone in internet explorer to keep some features from being blocked by a Microsoft update.

The upgrades will be completed the night of September 16, 2009 for those customers hosted at Service Software, LLC.

These are only the beginning of the enhancements and changes that will be coming in the months ahead. We use your feedback to improve upon the application you have come to know and trust for your warranty needs.
