Dear Punchlist Manager.NET™ User,
Service Software would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ version 4.0.0. This new release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning warranty management system.
Significant changes/Improvements
- When lists are opened and closed an automatic notification will be sent to the manager, staff, owner and secondary owner, with a specific template or a default template.
- Terminology has been increased to allow more customization of the system; terminology now flows through to all reports and screens and includes 100 definitions that can be changed.
- You can now change the work order heading to "Reminder Notice, Scheduled work order on "Date and Time", etc. at the item level, or list level.
- Added on dashboard to Company, Site, and Staff Item performance - Overdue added to dashboard.
- If a user accidentally creates a List with Items under the incorrect Job, the ability now exists on the list level to reassign to a new home or job.
- Job red flag now shows as a large red flag at all levels throughout the system, including (job, List management, Quick Edit, List detail, and item detail).
- When creating tasks a user is now allowed to set up a task for another user.
- On the print daily on the schedule you can now print the supervisor’s schedule without including the related staff scheduled events for that job.
- Additional User Security Features to Employee Setup that allows a user or power user to be given the ability to add/edit/delete mail merge templates and reassign jobs and items to new staff.

PLEASE NOTE: There were bugs reported that can be fixed by clearing your temporary internet files folder, and making sure that the client side changes have been applied to each workstation that will be using Punchlist Manager.NET™.
Upgrades will begin the night of October 26th and will continue through November 9th. We would like to have all of our clients on the latest release by then. If you elected to host the software on your servers, someone will be contacting you to setup an appointment to be upgraded.
These are only the beginning of the enhancements and changes that will be coming in the months ahead. We use your feedback to improve upon the application you have come to know and trust for your warranty needs.
