Service Software, LLC would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ and Restoration Manager.NET version 4.1.0. This release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning warranty management system.

Major Enhancement in Version 4.1.0

Equipment/Asset Module:
Now you can track and manage assets and equipment on jobs, you can bill equipment and manage equipment utilization by stockpoint and asset classification.

Other Enhancements:

1. List management shows JOB ID on main browser window for jobs.
2. Vendor portal view for items (work orders) includes Lot # and Project
3. When vendor updates action taken it stamps date and time with vendor employee name.
4. Improved speed on the management of large lists, it only opens the blue lined items when you click on it.
5. Data Export – Work orders includes both a normal and expanded dataset.

Bug Fixes:

6. Jobs under warranty on dashboard will only count jobs as of today not jobs in the future
7. Terminology  changes for lot block, company, project and vendor now carry through to other area’s.
8. Duplicate vendor summary report on vendor browser has been fixed
9. List detail view now shows the exact items associated with the list.
10. Vendor Portal – when vendor updates scheduled date with no time, it defaults to all day.

Service Software, LLC, is also proud to release version 2.0 for Punchlist Manager Mobile, it will update on your next synchronization, major changes and enhancements include:

Major Enhancements:

1. Adding walks on the fly in the field:   You can now create and schedule walks in the field without access to the main system.
2. Changed:  When creating a work order and you have more than one vendor assigned to a category, the system will open up a selection box to allow you to choose the correct vendor.
3. Added:  When converting a walk in the field and a category has more than one vendor the system will leave it as TBD, rather than picking the first vendor.
