I have been using this company and its services since 1996, around when they first started. I can remember the first time our paths crossed. The company I was using before them, all of the sudden fell off the face of the earth. I had only been with them for one year. I called Service Writer, that’s what they called them selves back then, and they got me set up with their program, that came out on floppy disks, that’s how old and well founded this company is. Ever since then, they have been growing by leaps and bounds, with the help of their outstanding staff and programmers, and we can’t forget their outstanding service tech, Bill. I have used every program and device that they have. Now I am using their .NET program on a Verizon VZ6800 cell phone. There is nothing like having the proper tools for the job at hand. Things just get better and better. This is a company you can’t afford not to invest your money in, even in this tough economy.
