I would recommend the Classroom Training with NO RESERVATIONS for anyone currently using Punchlist Manager. Even though I had been using PLM for almost a year, when I finally went out for training, I still found it informing and learned more then I expected to.
The classroom setting was relaxed yet professional and the Trainer: Debra LaBrosse was very well versed and exceptionally informative while she made learning easy and fun.
